Dameko Dean (Managing Director)

Dameko Dean (Managing Director) was born and raised in Turks & Caicos Islands. He hails from Blue Hills, Providenciales. He founded Albedee’s Contracting Ltd in 2006. He’s a general contractor, airplane pilot, musician and architect. He also owns Conceptual Architecture & Designs, a full fledge architectural design company in the TCI offering Architectural Designs for Health & Education facilities, Commercial, Residential, Civic, Aviation & Transportation facilities, Hospitality & Leisure, Prototype, Corporate & Diplomatic Missions, Legacy Projects and Interiors designs. AutoCAD Drafting, Construction Engineering (building Layout), Construction Management, Construction Consultation, Site Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Planning (Submission) Agent. He has completed numerous successful building projects as a general contractor in Providenciales, North Caicos and Ambergris Cay.

Storm Keene (Director)

Storm Keene (Director) is from Bellville, Ohio but is true Caribbean at heart. In the Caribbean Storm has worked on the prestigious Viceroy Resort in Anguilla, Blu Resort in St Lucia, Sugar Bay Resort in St. Thomas, in the Bahamas, he has worked on the One and Only Resort on Paradise Island, Albany School, Discovery Land Project, Bakers Bay Golf & Ocean Club and the Marriot Vacation Club International in St. Thomas, USVI.
Storm has extensive construction experiences in the USA as well. Storm has led Poindexter Housing Development – PH 2B in Columbus, Ohio, Lebron James Office Building (Weslake), Magic Johnson Theatre (Cleveland) and several projects in Napa, California.
Storm has worked in almost every island in the Caribbean from Dominica in the South to Bahamas in the North. Storm brings a lot of experience to Albedee’s Contracting Ltd.

Robert Mark
(Construction Manager)

Robert Mark (Construction Manager) is from Trinidad & Tobago. 
 

He began his journey in construction back in 1975, constructing residential dwelling houses and bridges for Trinidad Contractors Limited Project. He held the position of foreman for 10 years with that company.

 
He later built the British High Commissioner’s building in Trinidad & Tobago with Lange Ballast Contractors Ltd.
 
Robert Mark has held the position of Foreman, Civil Works Supervisor, Civil Works Manager and Subcontractor with Trinidad & Tobago based companies like Balou Engineering Construction & Maintenance Services Ltd, Jason Mills Construction Limited, Hulk Construction, C.O.S.L Office Supply, where he subcontracted the entire tiling, Mirta Seethal Limited, Junior Sammy Contractor Limited just to name a few.
 
Robert has built or and worked on many historic buildings in Trinidad & Tobago like “The Red House”, which is the parliament building, Gran Chemin Fishing Center in Moruga, Trinidad & Tobago etc.
 
He has a wealth of experience.

Robert P. Ellis
(Site Supervisor)

Robert P. Ellis (Site Supervisor) is from Trinidad & Tobago.

He started his construction journey in 1978-1982 with the Ministry of Works (Construction Department) South as a Tradesman Assistant. There he worked with carpenters, masons, painters and steel fabricators as they performed restoration works to San Fernando Carnegie Library, Wardens Office and various other sites.

In 1982-1984 he worked with Terrazzo Masonry and General Construction. There he was promoted to an ‘A’ Class Carpenter.

He worked on the British America Insurance Head Office building in San Juan Puerto Rico and many residential homes in San Fernando and Port of Spain.

He worked for Carillion Caribbean Limited (Trinidad) as a carpenter/ finishing Supervisor. His projects there was the RBC (FUSE) Data Center, B.I.R Tower, NGC Neo Pipeline Project Tobago, Carillion Administration Center and U.W.I (S.A.L.H.O.R).

He worked for NH International Caribbean Ltd as CONSTRUCTION / FINISHING SUPERVISOR, COSL OFFICE SUPPLIES LIMITED as CONSTRUCTION / FINISHING SUPERVISOR, RIDGEVIEW CONSTRUCTION (BVI) LIMITED – VALLEY TRUNK RESORT AND NECKER ISLAND as CONSTRUCTION / FINISHING SUPERVISOR where he worked in Virgin Gorda and other parts of the BVI.
